Tito's Handmade Vodka is designed to be savored by spirit connoisseurs. It is micro-distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs. This time-honored method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but it's well worth it. Our handcrafted technique offers more control over the distillation process, resulting in a spectacularly clean product of incomparable excellence. Only the heart of the run, "the nectar" is taken, leaving behind residual higher and lower alcohols. The vodka is cleansed of phenols, esters, congenersand organic acids by filtering it through the finest activated carbon available. Critics call Tito's "a homegrown symphonic spirit to applaud!" and say "it can go head to head with any of the worlds' greats and not break a sweat.

This has a good smell of molasses that is actually quite strong, with a touch of sweetness and fruit. Overall, it has a very good smell. An initial sip shows more sweetness than the smell might imply, and it's surprisingly smooth. It has a decent taste and good sweetness, with a very good amount of molasses for a white rum.
750ml - Beefeater is a particularly fresh, clean and crisp gin with a subtle citrus and fruit edge, balanced by the spice of coriander and the earthliness of Angelica. The complexity of the Beefeater recipe, together with its minimum 40 percent ABV bottling strength, produces a gin which is multi-dimensional in character with background notes of spice, root and juniper. These elements combine to form a complex gin while remaining balanced and well-rounded.

A textbook London Dry Gin bouquet; floral, earthy, spicy and crisp with dry notes of orange peel and black pepper all underpinned by the presence of juniper berry. The palate entry is sharp, crisp, dry and botanically balanced; at midpalate a burst of citrus juiciness counters the earthiness of the juniper and angelica root. Finishes with a wonderful rush of juniper.

Inside the recognizable green bottle, look for bold juniper plus notes of anise, lemon peel, and a faint white-floral touch, laced with black pepper heat. Overall, a clean, classic profile that s just the ticket for gin & tonics. - K.N.
In 1872, Walter and Alfred Gilbey began to produce Gilbey’s London Dry Gin in their own distillery. By the 1930s the business was such a success that distilleries were opened in Australia and Canada (the distillery in Australia was opened in the late 1920s, and the distillery in Canada was opened in 1933). Walter and Alfred Gilbey’s Gin company eventually became the foundation for International Distillers and Vintners Ltd. Gilbey’s uses orange peel as one of it 12 botanicals to give it’s unique citrus taste.

12/12 Pack - An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue & ask more than it answers. Brewed clandestinely & given a name whose meaning is never revealed. Why? Why indeed. A sort of dry, crisp, refreshing, not quite pale ale, #9 is really impossible to describe because there’s never been anything else quite like it.
Pale Ale began as a home brewer’s dream, grew into an icon, and inspired countless brewers to follow a passion of their own. Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic, yet it remains new, complex and surprising to thousands of beer drinkers every day.
